Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship orders within 24 business hours. Some orders may take a few days to process depending on order volume. Orders that contain a product on backorder will ship as a complete order when all items are available. Any order placed after 12:00pm CT for USPS, after 3:00pm CT for any other carrier, or on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day in the order of receipt.

Once an order is placed and has been “marked as shipped,” that order is final and cannot be changed, so please be sure you’ve stocked up on the things you really want before submitting your order.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS or UPS at KEEPS AWAY’s discretion. Expedited shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense by contacting info@keepsaway.com or calling 585-300-1319 immediately after an order is placed.

We currently do not ship pest control products to Indiana, Maine, New Mexico, North Dakota, or South Dakota because our labels are not registered with the state.

Currently we ship internationally to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland

Your satisfaction is our number one concern! Our Positive Experience Team is eager to help you remedy any issues you are experiencing, or want to prevent, using KEEPS AWAY products. If for any reason you are still not satisfied with the results of your KEEPS AWAY product and would like to return the product, you may return orders valued below $225 within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered for a full product refund less original shipping costs.

Repeat returns for the same item are at the discretion of the Company. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • How to Return

Email our Positive Experience Team at INFO@KEEPSAWAY.COM in advance of return to notify us that you would like to return a product with a short explanation as to the reason for your return. We respond to refund requests as quickly as possible, but always within 24 business hours.

You must include your order number with your return shipment to be eligible for a return. Order numbers may be found online within your customer account, or by referencing your order confirmation email.

  • Shipping

Unless the incorrect item was received, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. You are encouraged to insure your shipment and retain the tracking information should any issues arise during delivery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be for the cost of the products, less any shipping costs incurred.

  • Refunds & Credits

If you paid by credit or debit card, your card will be credited for the applicable amount within 1-5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from KEEPS AWAY for the applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2 weeks after the returned product has been received.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
